Adult Choir
Community's adult choir sings in worship during September - June and performs special programs throughout the year. The choir is always seeking new singers to complement our group of friendly, dedicated members. We warmly welcome people of all skill levels and backgrounds. If you're interested or would like more information, please contact the church office. The Choir will begin rehearsals this September, 2021, on Thursday nights at 7:30 pm.
The CUMC Choir, under Music Director Dave Shrewsbury, performs a wide variety of music ranging from classical to contemporary. Past performances have included works by Handel, Mozart, Rutter, Haas, the Gaithers, and more. Dave is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music in Boston, and has extensive experience in church music. He is well known for his unique arrangements and improvisation.
